Our Mission

From the founder
Finca Metrics started in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, in a small coffee shop where the owner was working 70-hour weeks and still couldn't tell whether the business made money this week. The Clover register knew everything. The accountant knew everything ninety days late. Nobody connected the two until it hurt.
We built Finca to bridge that gap. Today the same view runs across cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and bars across the island. Operators see real profit, real staffing cost, and real food cost the day it happens — not the quarter it ended.
